Art Bebe is an amazing new comic book character that has been created and developed by Australian writer and creative director Frank Weissenborn. The artwork has been visualized and co-created with Melbourne-based digital artist Edward Rocha.
The comic book series examines the human condition through the lens of evolution. The narrative for the story unfolds in the city of Neo Manhattan in the late 21st century. The era is a dystopian and transitional one in human affairs, the imagined future belonging to the cyborg-human. Art Bebe as a created cyborg-human becomes the bridge and saviour figure to this transcendent human.
